Conduct needs analysis through an in-depth consideration of training needs
Determine ideal training modalities to achieve business objectives
Triage client requests, set priorities, and suggest custom solutions that fit within project scope
Determine learning metrics to measure training effectiveness and impact
Design course content, storyboard, and draft multi-media assets
Partner with stakeholders and conduct weekly or bi-monthly meetings to ensure alignment of vision/goals
Manage or provide advisement on LMS management
Analyze metrics to derive data on effectiveness; apply measures for future iterations
Monitor progress and communicate roadblocks through regular touchpoint meetings
